Kyle Cooke Explains Why He Still Hasn't Filed for Divorce From Amanda Batula]

Kyle Cooke and Amanda Batula announced their separation in January after four years of marriage, and ten months later, there is still no divorce on paper. Cooke says the holdup comes down to busy schedules and a shared reluctance to have the formal, uncomfortable talks. He told Us Weekly that maybe they put it off a little, but they will eventually make it official and sign on the dotted line. He also said he still loves her and has cared about her for a very long time.

Amanda moved forward faster on the romance front. She confirmed in March that she was dating Summer House costar West Wilson, and a source says the two are still going strong. Both Batula and Wilson are sitting out season eleven, which leaves the show without one of its biggest storylines going forward. Cooke, meanwhile, has been linked to Meghan King and Salley Carson.

So where does that leave everyone? Kyle and Amanda still legally married on paper, Amanda happily coupled up and off the show, and a new season of Summer House heading into unknown territory.
