The“Summer House”fallout just got louder. Kyle Cooke posted a since-deleted Instagram comment calling West Wilson a“coke head”who“blew my ex’s life and career up,”hours after news broke that Amanda Batula is leaving“In the City”Season 2. The comment is gone, but at this point, screenshots are forever.
The murkier part is why Batula is actually exiting. Sources gave conflicting reasons: one says Bravo limited her role, one says the network wouldn’t let her film alongside Wilson, and another points to salary demands that weren’t met. Bravo hasn’t confirmed any of it.
The backstory is a lot to untangle. Batula and Cooke announced their separation in January after four years of marriage. In March, Batula and Wilson confirmed their secret romance, which ended her friendship with Ciara Miller. Wilson was then fired from“Summer House”Season 11 and joined Netflix’s“Million Dollar Secret”Season 3. So while one ex is posting and deleting, the other is rebranding on a new platform.
What do you think: did Kyle cross the line with that deleted comment, or was it understandable frustration? Let us know on our socials.
