Kroy Biermann is facing a $64,000 judgment tied to a Bahamas casino credit line from November 2021. According to court records, Sky Warrior was awarded $52,500 plus interest and $11,927.35 in fees, and the order was served at Biermann’s Georgia home on August 28. It’s the latest financial hit for the estranged husband of Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kim Zolciak, whose money troubles have been public for years.

The same month brought a much more serious development involving his 15-year-old son. KJ Biermann was arrested on August 17 after a classmate accused him of assaulting her at an Alpharetta fitness center in April. On September 11, a judge granted him a $200,000 bond with strict conditions: he must stay at his mother’s home, attend virtual school, and avoid social media and cellphones. Prosecutors alleged during the hearing that videos on KJ’s phone showed him with an underage relative. His attorney, Jason Sheffield, pushed back, saying the court’s characterizations“grossly misrepresent”the prior juvenile matter and that it was never adjudicated as statutory rape or a comparable offense.

Kroy, Kim, and daughter Brielle all attended the hearing. The case is still moving through the courts, and the two sides clearly disagree on the facts. What do you think about how juvenile cases get discussed online before a verdict? Sound off in the comments.
