KJ Biermann, 15, Pleads Not Guilty to Seven Felony Charges in Fulton County Case

KJ Biermann, the 15-year-old son of reality TV personalities Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann, has entered a not guilty plea to seven felony charges in his sexual battery and sodomy case. According to court documents filed Monday in Fulton County Superior Court by his attorney, Jason Sheffield, Biermann denies every charge listed in the indictment. He also waived his formal arraignment, which had been scheduled for next Wednesday.

So what does waiving an arraignment actually mean? In simple terms, it skips the formal hearing where the charges are read aloud in court. The plea is already on the record, so the case moves forward without that appearance. It’s a common procedural step and doesn’t change the substance of the charges.

Because Biermann is a minor, much of the case will likely stay confidential, and the family has not issued a public statement. Page Six was first to report the plea, and the situation is still developing. We’ll continue following it and share updates as they’re confirmed.
