KJ was indicted last week on seven felony counts, including aggravated child molestation and aggravated sodomy, related to an alleged incident on April 23 at a Lifetime Fitness in Alpharetta, Georgia. His attorney, Jason Sheffield, said the defense expects to enter a not guilty plea and has filed a motion to transfer the case to juvenile court. Sheffield has stated his client“categorically denies”the allegations. Kim has publicly maintained her son’s innocence throughout.
