Ken Urker, the ex-partner of Gypsy Rose Blanchard and father of her one-year-old daughter, was found dead in his bed at his Raceland, Louisiana home on Thursday. It was his 34th birthday. Authorities discovered drugs, drug paraphernalia and a handgun at the scene, and a 911 dispatch log shows Blanchard’s sister-in-law reported that Ken had threatened suicide shortly before his death.
His sister, Autumn Urker, told the Daily Mail that the family is“disgusted”with Blanchard’s public statements about the death, accusing her of lying about the circumstances and about their relationship. According to Autumn, Ken and Blanchard split over a month ago and Ken was the one who ended it, contradicting claims of an engagement and plans for another child. She also said Blanchard has not called their mother.
At the center of all of this is Aurora Raina, the couple’s daughter, born in December 2024.
