Kelly Osbourne stepped back onto a runway Friday for the first time in over ten years, walking Natasha Zinko’s spring 2027 show at London Fashion Week. The show, titled“Pay Per View,”was sponsored by OnlyFans. Kelly wore a black bow tie and white dickie with no jacket, finished with a wig styled as a sharp black asymmetrical bob.
The standout detail was in her hand: a bat figurine on a chain strap. It’s a tribute to her father, Ozzy Osbourne, whose 1982 onstage bat bite became one of rock’s most famous moments. Since his death in July 2025 at 76, Kelly has honored him repeatedly through bat-themed fashion, including a fascinator at Royal Ascot earlier this year. She also recently told the Daily Mail she’s been wearing wigs to conceal what she called“scary”grief-related weight loss.
