Jack Osbourne is opening up about life with five kids and zero nanny, and his take is surprisingly chill. He told People magazine he expected the whole thing to be“way gnarlier,”but the family has found its groove. Five kids, no hired help, and somehow it’s working.
He and wife Aree share two daughters: four-year-old Maple, who just started preschool, and six-month-old Ozzy Matilda, born in March and named after Jack’s late father. Jack also has three children from his previous marriage to Lisa Stelly. The timing of the new baby carried extra weight, since Ozzy Osbourne passed away in July, and Jack had shared the pregnancy news with him before his death. Jack says the baby has been“partly a healthy distraction, partly healing”for the family.
On top of everything, Jack has also been pushing back against body-shaming comments about his appearance. So between parenting five kids, honoring his dad’s legacy, and dealing with internet critics, the guy is handling a lot at once.
