Hilary Duff Took Her Four Kids on Tour and Says She'll Never Do It Again

Hilary Duff spent her summer doing something most working parents only joke about: she brought the whole family to work. For her first tour in years, supporting February’s“Luck… or Something,”she hit the road with husband Matthew Koma and all four kids, Luca, Banks, Mae and Townes. The run covered North America, Europe, New Zealand and Australia from June through late October.

In her Billboard cover story, Duff explained that before the tour she and Koma had a“really serious conversation about what our life was going to look like introducing a world tour to our family.”She had previously cried at the idea of leaving her kids for extended periods, so bringing them along became the plan. The experience was fun, she said, but she’s clear about the future: even with nannies, balancing full-time motherhood and performing is a lot, because kids want their mom.

Duff now has a break before tour dates resume in January and run through late fall 2027. Would you bring your kids on a work trip like this, or is“never again”the only sane answer? Tell us below.
