What started as a relationship rebound has spiraled into a legal nightmare for Vanderpump Rules alum Tom Sandoval. In court documents obtained by Us Weekly, Sandoval details a pattern of escalating abuse from his ex-girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson and her father, J. Will Robinson, culminating in a June 3 incident that left him bloodied and barricaded in a bedroom.

The night in question began around 2 a.m. when Sandoval and Victoria returned home to find Will visibly intoxicated, with a beer in hand and whiskey shots lined up. A disagreement over whether Victoria was secretly recording Sandoval ignited tensions that quickly spiraled. A source told Us that Sandoval now wants both Robinsons out of the Los Angeles home. Since the incident, Sandoval has been living in hotels across multiple cities, unable to feel safe returning to his own residence. In his petition, he’s asked the court to keep Will at least 100 yards away from his home, workplace, and car, and to require him to complete a 52-week batterer intervention program.
