Sean“Diddy”Combs was reportedly removed from FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey on Saturday, October 10, after suffering a head injury, according to TMZ. The report says he was returned to the facility in the early hours of Sunday, October 11. So far, the Bureau of Prisons has not confirmed any details about the incident, the injury, or his current condition.

His representative addressed the reports in a statement, saying the team is“working to confirm the circumstances”and that“Sean’s health and well-being are our immediate concern.”Diddy, 56, is currently serving a four-year sentence for two counts of transportation for prostitution and has consistently maintained his innocence. His release date was recently pushed to March 2, 2028, and he is still awaiting a decision on his appeal.

The timing is notable, too. Earlier this month, he was reportedly placed back in the Special Housing Unit after reports surfaced about a pampered lifestyle behind bars. Between the sentence, the appeal, the housing unit reports, and now this, it’s been a lot of headlines in a short stretch, with very few official answers attached to any of them.
