Dakota Johnson and Machine Gun Kelly are fueling romance rumors after a very eventful Friday in Los Angeles. The pair were photographed leaving a music studio together in the morning, with MGK helping Johnson into his car. Later that night, around 11:30 p.m., they were seen leaving Chateau Marmont in the same outfits, riding side by side in the back seat after MGK ditched his denim jacket. It’s the kind of day-to-night spotting that gets people talking.
The rumor mill started last month when the two were spotted together in New York City. According to a source, they wanted privacy and ended up staying at Taylor Swift’s apartment, since Taylor has let friends use her NYC properties before. Another source says MGK even spent the night at Johnson’s house after a studio session last week. Both stars are recently single: Johnson split from Role Model about two months ago, and MGK ended things with Megan Fox in 2024.
The ex-factor is getting its own headlines too. A source says Megan Fox isn’t just unbothered by MGK dating Dakota, she’s actually relieved he’s moving on. No messy drama, just a new pairing to watch. So what do you think: are Dakota and MGK the real deal, or just a fun rebound summer that spilled into fall? Sound off in the comments.
