Ciara Walks Paris Runway Three Times While Pregnant With Baby No. 5

Ciara made a surprise appearance at Junya Watanabe’s Spring 2027 ready-to-wear show in Paris on Oct. 3, and she didn’t stop at one walk. She took the runway three separate times, each look built on purple leggings and a pink-striped cropped top, evolving from a tan trench and cap to a distressed leather jacket, and closing with a sparkling helmet-style headpiece with cascading crystals.

The moment carried extra weight because Ciara shared that she had always dreamed of walking a Paris runway, but was afraid her pregnancy would take her out of the running. She said she worried Watanabe would tell her it no longer fit the vision. He said yes instead, and she called the experience a major dream come true.

It’s been a packed stretch for Ciara. She and Russell Wilson announced her fifth pregnancy on Sept. 6, she performed at the iHeartRadio Music Festival just days later, and now she’s closing out Paris fashion week with a runway debut.
