Chad Lowe and Kim Painter Hold Private Celebration of Life for Daughter Fiona, 13

Chad Lowe and wife Kim Painter held a private celebration of life for their daughter Fiona over the weekend, surrounded by family and close friends. Fiona died by suicide on September 29th at age 13. In a statement, the family called her“the light of our lives”and said her passing is devastating for their entire family.

Fiona is survived by her parents and her sisters, Mabel, 17, and Nixie, 10. Mabel shared a heartfelt tribute to her little sister on Instagram, writing in part,“I love you so much fiona, i wish your short time here was easier and i hope your mind is at ease now.”A family friend, music executive Mykesha Robinson, told People that Fiona had been deeply affected by the family losing their home in the Palisades fire last year. The family also attended Matthew Lowe’s wedding over the weekend, their first public appearance since Fiona’s death.
