Billboard Hot 100: Taylor Swift's "Patient Zero" Holds No. 1 as Drake and Adéla Score Big

Taylor Swift just locked down a second straight week at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100.“Patient Zero”sits on top of the chart dated Oct. 17, 2026, and the gap between her and everyone else is still very real. Two weeks in, no signs of slowing down.

The action, though, is happening right below her. Drake and Don Toliver debut at No. 5 with“Solar Eclipse,”one of the highest new entries of the year. Right behind that milestone, Adéla earns her first career top 10 with“Nicole Kidman,”a moment her fans have been waiting on for a while. Karol G also finds her way back into the top 10, and the chart’s middle stretch keeps shuffling:“Dracula”is up to No. 6, Ariana takes No. 7, and“Stupid Song”climbs to No. 8.
