Ariana Grande is giving fans another reason to get excited. Thursday, she shared a black-and-white Instagram Story photo of herself in a recording studio with director Jon M. Chu, and the image appeared to show custom Oh, the Places You’ll Go! artwork with her name in classic Dr. Seuss lettering. Her caption said it all:“Oh the places we’ll go&have been.”
The post is tied to the upcoming animated Dr. Seuss adaptation of Oh, the Places You’ll Go!, which Chu is directing alongside Jill Culton. It marks Chu’s first animated feature, and it comes with a seriously stacked team behind the scenes. Benj Pasek and Justin Paul, the duo behind the music from The Greatest Showman and Dear Evan Hansen, are handling original songs, and J.J. Abrams is producing. The film is set to hit theaters on March 17, 2028.
Grande has been teasing this project for a while. She shared a studio photo with co-star Josh Gad after the July 2025 voice cast announcement, and now she’s back with another glimpse that has fans counting down the days. With her Wicked era still fresh in everyone’s minds, this reunion with Chu feels like the perfect next chapter.
