Andrew Shue and Marilee Fiebig Are Engaged, and the GMA3 Scandal Finally Has Its Happy Ending

The GMA3 scandal has its final chapter, and it’s a good one. Andrew Shue and Marilee Fiebig are engaged after three years together. If those names sound familiar, they’re the exes of Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes, the former GMA3 cohosts whose off-camera relationship made headlines in late 2022 and who were removed from the show in January 2023.

The timing is something else. Robach and Holmes married in a private Arkansas ceremony on September 19, and roughly a month later, Shue and Fiebig announced their own engagement. The two jilted exes connected after the scandal broke, and what started as shared circumstances turned into a real relationship. Shue told People,“I don’t know how it happened, but there’s a happy ending,”and opened up about personal growth, including accepting his own role in his marriage ending.
