Alaskan Bush People's Gabe Brown Accused of Abuse in Estranged Wife Raquell's Divorce Filing

Raquell Brown, the estranged wife of Alaskan Bush People star Gabriel“Gabe”Brown, filed a divorce declaration on September 22 alleging years of severe emotional, mental, financial, and physical abuse. In the filing, she claims she felt forced into their January 2019 marriage and was crying as she signed the marriage certificate, and says the abuse escalated after Gabe’s father, Billy Brown, died in 2021.

The declaration details allegations including derogatory name-calling, food and water being withheld, and physical incidents such as punching, kicking, and choking. Raquell also claims her children experienced what she describes as physical abuse masked as discipline, including red handprints and yelling inches from their faces. Court records show she filed a restraining order in April 2023 that was later dismissed; the couple reconciled in March 2024 before separating again in April 2026. Raquell currently lives in Minnesota, while Gabe is in Washington, and Us Weekly reached out to both for comment.
