It’s been years since the verdict, but the bill is finally coming due. Quavo is facing serious pressure to pay out a judgment that’s grown to more than $1.1 million after a valet won his assault and battery case — and the creditor isn’t backing down.

Antonio Henry sued the Migos member over an incident that happened back in 2018 at Encore Hotel&Casino in Las Vegas. Henry was working valet that night when he stepped in to break up a fight — only to get slapped by Quavo for his trouble. What might’ve seemed like a closed chapter took a legal turn when Henry filed suit in 2020, claiming both physical and emotional injury from the encounter.

The case went to trial, and the court sided with Henry. Quavo was ordered to pay more than $650,000 in compensatory and punitive damages, and once you factor in interest and attorney fees, the total ballooned to over $1.1 million. Quavo denied any wrongdoing throughout the process, but the jury clearly saw things differently.

Now, fast-forward to June 2026, and Henry isn’t content to let the judgment sit uncollected. Court documents obtained show he’s filed paperwork in Georgia to pursue collection — which means he’s getting serious about actually getting paid. It’s a move that signals the valet’s legal team is ready to chase down assets and ensure the judgment sticks.

For Quavo, this represents a real financial headache on top of other recent troubles that have made headlines. The enforcement action marks a turning point where a years-old legal victory becomes a concrete obligation that can’t be ignored. Whether he pays voluntarily or gets pursued through collection actions remains to be seen, but one thing’s clear: this bill isn’t going away.
