LEGO just announced a Godzilla set that’s built for display, not play. Set #21375 packs 5,363 bricks into a model standing over 27.5 inches tall, with a swiveling head, an interchangeable tongue or blue atomic breath, and a tail that can face either direction. It retails for $449.99 and launches on Black Friday, November 27th. Early buyers also get a 359-piece Godzilla Logo&Footprint gift with purchase through November 30th or while supplies last.
What makes this one extra special is its origin story. The set began as a LEGO Ideas submission by designer MattE720 back in December 2023, and now it’s one of the largest LEGO builds available. The reveal also lands just days before Godzilla Minus Zero, Takashi Yamazaki’s sequel to the Oscar-winning Godzilla Minus One, hits theaters on November 6th. Two fan bases, one very expensive brick monster.
So the real question is whether this belongs on your holiday wish list or if the price tag is a dealbreaker. Are you planning to grab it on Black Friday, or are you waiting for a sale that may never come? Let us know in the comments.
