KJ Biermann's Bond Conditions Revealed: Passport Surrender, No Phone, No Contact With Anyone Under 16

Kroy“KJ”Biermann Jr., the 15-year-old son of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann, was granted $200,000 bond on Sept. 11 after being indicted on seven felony charges, including aggravated child molestation and aggravated sodomy. A Sept. 15 court filing amended that bond order, adding a passport surrender requirement before release along with a long list of conditions. He remains at Atlanta’s Metro Regional Youth Detention Center while the details are finalized.

The conditions are extensive: home confinement at his mother’s home, virtual schooling, electronic monitoring, no cellphone, no social media, and no contact with the alleged victim or anyone under 16. The charges stem from an alleged April 23 incident at a Life Time fitness center in Alpharetta, Georgia. Prosecutors also claim videos were found on his phone involving an underage family member. His attorney, Jason Sheffield, says KJ is“100% innocent”and“categorically denies ever being involved with this woman,”while Kim Zolciak has publicly defended her son.
