According to Kris’s sworn declaration, security personnel recently informed her that DeWick has resurfaced by contacting real estate agents tied to family properties, touring homes near where family members live, and even attempting to speak with neighbors after gaining access to a gated community. Kris also says she’s been informed DeWick has a violent criminal history, including convictions for violent assault — details that add a genuinely unsettling layer to what might otherwise sound like celebrity inconvenience.

The family is asking the court to order DeWick to stay at least 100 yards away from Kris, Kylie, Kendall, Kim, Khloé, Kourtney, and Rob — essentially everyone in the inner circle. Kris describes the situation as having caused severe emotional distress and left her terrified for her own safety and that of her children.
