Jade Thirlwall's "Angel of My Dreams" Becomes a Hot 100 Hit Two Years Later, Thanks to a Viral Runway Moment

Patience pays off. Jade Thirlwall’s“Angel of My Dreams”was released over two years ago, but it just debuted at No. 70 on the Billboard Hot 100, making her the first Little Mix member to chart solo. The track pulled 3.8 million U.S. streams during the Oct. 23-29 tracking week, a 65% jump from the week before.

So what lit the fuse? A viral moment at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, where Kylie Jenner walked the runway to the song in a $50 million Fantasy Bra. Streams leapt from 18,000 on show day to more than 284,000 the next day. The song also climbed to No. 4 on Hot Dance/Pop Songs in just its second week.
