The Challenge 42 gave us one of the wildest off-camera twists in recent memory: three cast members disqualified, and none of it shown on air. Izzy Fairthorne is now confirming what fans suspected, saying the cast was just as blindsided as we were when T.J. Lavin announced that Josh Goldstein, Leo Dionicio, and Nelson Thomas were leaving.
