Frankie Muniz is not okay, and he’s saying so out loud. The actor-turned-NASCAR driver posted a vulnerable message Friday describing the last six weeks as“a nightmare”and admitting he’s“hitting rock bottom.”But he flipped it into something hopeful, telling followers that if they’re in a low place too, they’re“not broken,”they’re“being rebuilt.”It’s the kind of post that makes you stop scrolling.

Two hours later, his estranged wife Paige Price shared an Instagram Story about perspective, featuring a line about zebras, lions, and the grass. It was set to a Goo Goo Dolls acoustic track. Nobody has confirmed the two posts are related, but the timing has fans doing a lot of speculating. The couple announced their split in July after 10 years together, a post Muniz later deleted after online backlash. Price publicly defended him at the time.

The two married in February 2020 and share a 5-year-old son named Mauz. That’s the part that matters most here. Whatever is playing out between them on Instagram, there’s a real family in the middle of it, and both are clearly navigating a hard chapter in real time.

Do you think posting through a breakup helps or hurts? Sound off in the comments.
