When a relationship ends, most people move on. But when that relationship involves alleged abuse, arrest warrants, and accusations of being shoved down stairs, things get considerably messier—especially when the courts are involved.

Vanderpump Rules alum Tom Sandoval, 42, and his ex-girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson, 33, are now caught in a legal standoff that reads like a courtroom drama. Victoria filed her own domestic violence restraining order against Sandoval on Thursday, July 2, weeks after his request for a temporary restraining order against her and her father, J. Will Robinson, was granted. The twist? A judge denied Victoria’s filing on Monday, July 6, before their scheduled hearing on July 16—and the court noted that Sandoval’s temporary restraining order against both Victoria and Will already exists.

According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, Victoria’s declaration painted a troubling picture of their relationship, which began in 2024 and ended earlier this year. She accused Sandoval of routine physical and verbal abuse, detailing an August 2025 incident in which she claimed he shoved her down a flight of stairs after a verbal disagreement. The alleged altercation left visible bruising on her knees, and Victoria called 911. However, she later recanted her statement once she realized Sandoval would face criminal charges—a decision she now regrets. Nearly a year later, when Victoria tried to end the relationship, Sandoval allegedly begged her not to leave and promised to change, convincing her to stay.

The allegations escalated from there. Victoria claimed that during a trip to Nashville to visit her terminally ill grandfather, Sandoval pushed her to the floor of a hotel hallway after calling her a coward during an argument. Back home, she accused him of elbowing her hard in the chest when she tried to retrieve belongings from her purse he’d ransacked. She also requested that the restraining order protect her father, citing a June incident in which Sandoval allegedly pushed Will into a lit fire pit. Video footage of this incident later surfaced, lending credibility to her account.

The legal chaos began in earnest on June 3, when Sandoval filed his own restraining order, accusing Victoria of striking him in the face and her father of attacking him during a confrontation. Victoria was arrested that day and posted a $50,000 bond. Will subsequently filed his own restraining order against Sandoval, claiming multiple injuries from their altercation.

What makes this saga particularly striking is the reversal of positions now playing out in court. Two people, both claiming victimhood, both armed with legal filings, and both insisting the other is the aggressor. Victoria’s restraining order denial doesn’t settle anything—it just kicks the real hearing down the road to July 16. Until then, Sandoval’s temporary order remains in place, and the question of who bears responsibility for what happened remains unanswered.
