Chad Lowe and wife Kim Painter have listed their Mar Vista home less than three weeks after the death of their 13-year-old daughter, Fiona. The 3,239-square-foot Spanish-style house, with four bedrooms and three baths, already has an accepted offer of $3.249 million, contingent on conditions. The couple bought the property for $3.15 million in March 2025, according to Page Six.

Fiona died by suicide on Sept. 29. Her parents remembered her as“the light of our lives,”and her sister Mabel, 17, shared a tribute wishing her“short time here was easier.”A family friend told Page Six that Fiona had been deeply affected by the family losing its home in the Palisades fire last year. The family made its first public appearance since her death at Matthew Lowe’s wedding on Oct. 10.

The timing of the listing has drawn attention, but for a family carrying this much grief, a sale can be less about real estate and more about starting over.
