Newly released body camera footage from Las Vegas police paints a harrowing picture of what an accuser claims happened during an encounter with adult entertainment performer Drake Von. According to the footage, the woman told police that Von was on top of her and she couldn’t breathe as she struggled to push him off. She says she eventually kicked free, but claims Von then snatched her cellphone during the struggle. What’s particularly striking is her description of briefly losing consciousness—she told officers she couldn’t remember anything for approximately two seconds after Von allegedly restricted her breathing. He was later released on bond.
