Barrett Pfeiffer Fires Back at "Waste" Claims After His Big Brother 28 HOH Backfired

Barrett Pfeiffer’s Head of Household reign on Big Brother 28 was supposed to end the Survivor alliance for good. Instead, Dee Valladares and Rick Devens survived the week, Angela Murray went home, and Barrett was evicted right after her during the double eviction. It’s a rough ending for a week that started with so much promise, and fans have been calling that HOH a total waste ever since.

Barrett isn’t accepting that label. He told Page Six that it’s easy to say his HOH was a waste with Angela going home instead of a Survivor, but he argues her exit still cost the Icons trio a number and kept the Crossovers from reforming their final-five alliance. His plan, though, got derailed by Dee’s“BB Bribe”power, which cost her $5K and blocked Yash Patel from nominating any of the three Icons. Angela also predicted Barrett’s downfall before it happened, calling him“public enemy No. 1”and warning that big hitters were coming for him.
