AC/DC’s Toronto stop took a turn nobody saw coming, and it had nothing to do with the setlist. After catastrophic storm damage forced the cancellation of their Rogers Stadium show, the band showed up at a PWR/UP pop-up event anyway, where Angus Young signed a fan’s baby. Bassist Chris Chaney added his signature right after, so that kid is officially walking away with two rock legend autographs.
If this sounds familiar, it should. Angus pulled the same move in Argentina earlier this year, which means the baby-signing is now a full-blown 2026 tradition. The pop-ups themselves are a rare treat, offering merch, food, drinks, and the chance to play and pose with one of Angus’guitars before a show. Getting the band to actually appear at one is even rarer.
There are only two North American dates left on the PWR/UP tour: September 25 in East Rutherford, New Jersey, and September 29 in Philadelphia, with the Pretty Reckless opening both nights. So here’s the question: if Angus Young walked up and offered to sign your baby, would you hand them over?
